About Me

I'm a mom of two girls, ages 7.5 and 5.  I first started blogging at Even in Australia, a blog about children's books.  The title of that blog came from one of my favorite picture books, the incomparable Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day by Judith Viorst but no, I’m not from Australia.  In fact, I've never even been to Australia.  I'm a born-and-bred New Yorker who still lives in Manhattan.  I'm a library school drop-out and recently left my legal job and am now considering returning to library school. You can contact me at eveninaustraliakidlit@yahoo.com.
